Should judges take common sense test?

The title caught your eye but what you read may surprise you. I have more experiences with the courts than anyone I know. I know how the game is played and I study people. When a natural leader gets power the power doesn't change him or her but rather emboldens them to make life better for others. When a book worm gets power they make poor judgements and ruin lives. There is no place in a courtroom for a book taught judge. They do not have leadership abilities and get caught up in the power struggle. They become bias and judge unfairly. That is the main reason people want to become judges to change things to what they believe to be right instead of what the constitution or common sense dictates. In doing so they ruin the lives of millions everyday. I went in front of a female judge who was a single mother. For seven years I fought this judge for visitation of my daughter. I had a feeling the judge was bias but I didn't find out until the last day of the fight. That day I had brought my whole family to court and she had to give me visitation. There were too many witnesses. She came right out and said she sympathized with my ex because she was a single mother herself. She should have recused herself from the case years ago but because of her power trip and misuse of her position she denied my daughter the right to see her father and me the right to see my daughter. Not only that she also kept all three children from knowing each other. I am working on a book right now about this whole case and the involvement of the Job and Family Services. These people have way too much power and should not be deciding people's fates without taking a common sense and leadership test. If a judge is found to be bias he or she should lose the ability to ever pass judgement again.

Why not water?

If you don't believe we can run cars on salt water you would be wrong. We can run cars on anything if we want to it's just a matter of who benefits and how much. Many people over the years have made many dicoveries and inventions but they are quickly bought out by the larger companies or the Government. Some are not permitted to get patens. I challenge anyone to research this and let me know what you find. I really don't care if people lose their jobs for making cars run on salt water. People are going to lose their jobs anyway sooner or later that's just the way it goes. I tend not to think about myself more than I do the future of this great country. I say salt water is the way to go and look how much of it there is. Ethanol is not clean contrary to popular belief. It costs just as much to produce if not more. We will still be dependant on foreign energy and we will still be overtaxed. You can't tell me that if we can split atoms and change the molecular properties of matter that we can't run a car on just plain salt water. You won't need hydrogen either. Stop believing everything you hear and lets start changing the way we live.

H.O.R.s at it again

While everyone argues over the 2008 candidates an energy bill has been passed through the H.O.R.s (House of Representatives) that actually increases imported energy and places a $21 billion dollar tax on domestic. The senate is now looking into this bill and I urge you guys to quit your bickering and have a look at h.r. 6. We need higher gas and oil prices like we need HIV. While you've  been defending or criticizing bush and the 2008 candidates bills have been passed taking away your freedoms. The only time people stop a bills is when their favorite talk show host wants them to. It is pathetic. Doesn't anyone think for themselves anymore?

Media picks winner

I usually listen to talk radio for news and information but in the past year or so I started to notice something. I had an old friend who worked for the government but I can't tell you what he did or does, sorry. He told me one thing I am reminded of everyday and that is don't believe what you see on t.v. or read in the newspaper because it isn't true. When I asked him what he meant by that he couldn't tell me. I used to listen to Rush every day on the radio and after my friend said that to me I started to pay close attention. I am as conservative as they come but I also have a libertarian streak left over from experiences in my life. I'll be damned if Rush wasn't making things up and I just stopped listening. I then started listening to Glenn Beck and dammit if he didn't turn me off after awhile. I think that was because he seemed a little naive. After Glenn I started listening to Bill O'riely and it didn't take me long to stop listening to him. Now that I think about it they all sounded the same and echoed each other word for word. The problem is that most of the things they said made no sense to me but the listeners worshiped them.
I would hate to put down fellow conservatives but are they? I still don't know what these guys stand for but I will tell you it isn't conservatism. So why are they followed by so many conservatives? Your guess is as good as mine. I'm serious here this isn't an attempt to smear anyone. I do happen to like two guys only one has been taken off the air where I live and they are Michael Savage and Jim Sumpter. Those two guys are real conservatives. I have seen many things that most people have not and those to guys are the only ones who know what's really going on. The others it seems to me are just making money and really don't care about anyone but themselves.
In this 2008 Presidential primary season these talkshow hosts can pick the Republican candidate themselves and all their listeners will follow suit I guarantee it. For example Michael Medved was talking non stop for two weeks about Mike Huckabee who had less than 100,000 in campaign funds and Huckabees numbers shot up sky high. Laura Ingram started preaching about him at the same time. I don't really think that was a coincidence but I could be wrong. I'm telling you it really scares me that a few people could make up the minds of millions and lead them down the wrong path. It's also funny how these guys symbolize Ronald Reagan when the only two people close to Reagan are Ron Paul and Romney's speech writer. The only time they talk about Paul is when they rip on him. I don't understand it at all.
